Credit co-operative societies carry a responsibility that few other institutions do: they hold the savings of ordinary members and lend them back into the same community. When governance slips, records fall behind or recovery weakens, it is that community which pays.
SN Co-Operative Consultancy & Advisory was established to give those societies the specialist support they rarely get — advice grounded in the Co-operative Societies Act, in Registrar practice, and in what actually works inside a working branch.
We operate under Pat-Sanchay Solution and Services Pvt. Ltd. (पत-संचय सोल्यूशन अँड सर्व्हिसेस प्रा.लि.), and our brief is deliberately narrow: co-operative credit. That focus is what allows us to move quickly on a bye-law question, an audit objection or an NPA position without first learning the sector.

Shekhar Nimje works directly with chairmen, boards and chief executives of credit co-operative societies — reviewing books, diagnosing weaknesses in governance and recovery, and putting workable systems in place.
The practice covers the full statutory cycle: registration and bye-laws, annual filings and audit rectification, NPA and recovery discipline, fund and investment planning, computerisation, and training for directors, staff and members.
